Maison Heler by Hilton

In the heart of Metz, France, the Maison Heler hotel designed by Philippe Starck stands out for its unique architecture: a monolithic nine-story building topped by a structure reminiscent of 19th-century Lorraine residences. In this extraordinary setting, Barausse supplied high-end custom interior doors, perfectly integrated into the hotel’s visionary concept.
The solutions include fire-rated HTBS7 EI 30 doors certified according to French standards, soundproof bathroom doors, large TIP sliding doors with mirrors and anodized profiles, single and double EI30 technical doors, and certified doors for common areas. Each element was designed with a custom frame created by Starck’s studio and a bespoke door leaf featuring teak inlays, achieving a result that combines aesthetics and functionality. Maison Heler, with its 104 rooms and suites, restaurants, bars, and event spaces, represents a new chapter in contemporary hospitality. Barausse interpreted the project’s requirements with production flexibility and mastery of materials, integrating its solutions into a coherent and refined aesthetic. The door thus becomes a true architectural element, expressing style, innovation, and uniqueness.
