MINERAL FIBRES

Fire-resistant mineral fibre panel core allowing sound reduction up to 30 dB, suitable for space usage that prioritizes personal well-being.

SOUNDPROOF PANELS

High-performance filling material used in multi-layer soundproof panels, specially bonded and laminated to achieve sound reduction up to 37 dB. Ideal solution for environments requiring acoustic comfort and professional insulation.

FIRE-RESISTANT SOUNDPROOF PANELS

Core filler for interior door panels, designed to deliver high acoustic performance with sound insulation up to 41 dB. Its high-density composite structure, carefully bonded and laminated, ensures fire resistance and acoustic comfort, making it ideal for elegant and safe environments.

FEATURES

To pass the stringent tests and obtain fire door certification, many elements must be taken into account. As a rule, the leaf must be equipped with a refractory thermal insulating core and intumescent seals combined with thermal pins, drop seals and door closers. All Barausse fire doors feature a patented solution that involves applying the intumescent seal under the frame covering, which helps reduce seal wear and maintenance.

Barausse certified fire doors can be made in a wide range of finishes to meet any design requirement and coordinate perfectly with other doors within the space. Barausse fire doors can be customized with a wooden hinged frame, in the flush-to-wall version with concealed frame, and in the double-leaf version.
Additionally, fire doors can be customized for environments such as hotels and commercial buildings not only in terms of aesthetics, but also technologically and functionally, integrating electronic locks, access control systems or specific advanced additions that meet design and regulatory needs.

Barausse invisible hinges, supplied by Simonswerk, a leader in hinge manufacturing, are fully integrated into the door structure to ensure a smooth, silent, and continuous opening with no visible elements. Designed to support panels up to 80 kg, they offer high performance, durability, and a minimalist aesthetic.

CONCEALED DOOR CLOSER

The Barausse concealed door closer is an integrated system within the door structure that enables smooth and controlled automatic closing without affecting the panel’s aesthetics.

OPERA

It is the panic lock with instant release. It features an integrated anti-burglary device and is EN 12209 certified for installation on fire-rated (EI) doors.

SICUREZZA

It is the fire-rated door lock certified to EN 12209, ensuring strength and quietness during panel closure, with maximum smoothness and fluidity.

ELECTRIC STRIKE

Barausse offers the opportunity to install an electric strike in the frame to enable different access control technologies.
