Cipriani Ocean Resort & Club Residences

In the Cipriani Resort Residences & Casino project, the largest luxury resort in South America designed by Rafael Viñoly, Barausse demonstrated its ability to produce technically complex doors perfectly integrated into high-profile environments.

For the hotel interiors, inspired by the classic style of the original Hotel San Rafael, Barausse supplied REI 60 fire-rated doors in glossy African mahogany, double-sided sliding doors with integrated blinds and full mirror panels, as well as double-sided doors with dual blinds. All frames and architraves were custom-made to match the white boiserie.

Each element was tailor-designed, with technical profiles developed in-house and an assembly process that, although based on industrial production, required a high level of artisanal craftsmanship. The finishes, matte white and glossy mahogany, were selected to ensure aesthetic continuity with the hotel’s wall coverings and furnishings, confirming Barausse’s ability to adapt to complex and prestigious projects.
