From the fusion of 1930s architecture with minimalist and modern elements, this project shows how, through masterful renovation, it can propel this imposing building skyward in the dynamic city.

The meticulously selected flush-to-wall doors provide high technological performance in fi- re-rated resistance, preserving the pure geome- tric style of the XX century that still permeates the entire structure.

Despite their high fire resistance performance, flush doors integrate seamlessly into the continuity of the walls, in the areas of the building dedicated to different moments of daily life.
