Private Residence

The showroom-house designed by Massimo Iosa Ghini in Bologna is a prime example of high-quality renovation, breathing new life into a historic building of approximately 600 sqm located in one of the city’s most prestigious areas.

The project blends architecture, interior design, and furnishings into a dynamic and sophisticated composition, where every detail is crafted to express a contemporary and innovative way of living.

In this context, Barausse contributed with doors featuring an original and eclectic aesthetic, perfectly aligned with Iosa Ghini’s design vision. In particular, the Lucio model, designed by the architect himself, stands out for its sculptural and decorative character, becoming an architectural element that interacts with the space and enhances its personality.
Alongside Lucio, the Graffiato model adds further material depth and tactile richness to the interiors, thanks to its engraved surface that creates light and shadow effects, giving the spaces a strong and contemporary identity. Both models reflect Barausse’s ability to combine design, innovation, and craftsmanship, helping to define a highly livable and evocative environment.

The result is a harmonious blend of historical memory and futuristic vision, where doors become protagonists in an architectural narrative of style, functionality, and aesthetic research.
