Warranty certificate
Barausse Spa designs and manufactures its products in compliance with the quality management system under ISO 9001 standards, which envisage constant monitoring of the product through all the production stages.
Barausse guarantees, for a period of 2 years:
1. the door components, on condition that the door is installed in places subject to normal environmental conditions in terms of humidity; limitedly to those doors which are installed in bathrooms or in underground levels, further condition is the correct use of the Barausse anti-humidity kit.
2. locks and hinges, excluding handles
3. the intactness of the wing, on condition that it has been properly fitted, correctly installed, correctly maintained and used appropriately.
The guarantee comprises defects or anomalies to the door components manifestly attributable to the production stage which prejudice its normal operation within the terms governed by European regulations.
The guarantee excludes:
·any damage due to transport or loading/unloading of the goods on the customer's behalf;
·variations of tonality due to the normal chromatic alteration of natural wood;
·any damage deriving from improper maintenance both of the hardware fittings and of the parts in wood, from the storage of the product in places with inappropriate environmental conditions (prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, closeness to sources of heat about 60°C or to sources of humidity in direct or prolonged form);
·any variations of the product due to the treatment of the same with inappropriate detergents;
·any consequence deriving from incorrect installation of the product or improper uses;
·damages caused by normal wear, inadequate treatment or use, accident or force majeure;
·any consequence not attributable to the production stage.
Barausse Spa therefore undertakes to make any part of component available free of charge if found to be evidently defective at origin or missing at the moment of installation.
GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS
1. To activate the guarantee it is necessary to fill in the form. The guarantee runs from the date of delivery.
2. For the warranty to be valid it is necessary to respect the indications for installation shown on the instruction sheet contained in the pack of fittings.
3. Any components found to be defective must be photographed individually, highlighting the defect; the photos should be sent to the above address for the necessary checks.
4. Components recognized as defective will be made available within the 30 days from the notification with indication of the place of collection.
5. The disassembly, transportation and replacement of the defective components is to be carried out exclusively by the customer and at its own expense and therefore under its own responsibility.
6. Barausse Spa is exonerated from all responsibility and obligation for any accident to persons and things which may occur during replacement of the defective components.
